Anthem of Defense location? - Guild Wars Forums

I'm just wondering if anybody knows where to capture the elite Paragon skill Anthem of Defense. I would look it up on Guild Wiki; however it's been going slow for a while and seems to have finally died, at least for me.

I didn't cap it myself, but I seem to remember there's a Paragon leader in the fortress in Jahai Bluffs that used it. Not 100% sure though, so please forgive me if he doesn't have it.
